Florida and Texas recently changed their laws to permit shooting someone if you feel merely threatened, rather than in imminent danger!.
My question is, if I'm riding through their state and some jackhole is in the next lane calling their only friend to tell them they're on the way home to eat a 5-gallon tub of Chunky Monkey, crawl into bed and cry themselves to sleep again; can I shoot them!? Because being on a bike around anyone on a cell is a threat to my life!.
And obviously, I'm none too happy about it!.!.!.

last week i was SO close to getting in to a major accident on the the highway!.!.!.!.!.and why!?!.!.!.!.because the car in the left lane to mine slowly began running in to my lane and was so close to hit my car!.!.!.!.and when i looked back !.!.!.theres a lady talking on the phone!.!.!.!.!.and this got me real mad!.!.!.!.either she was drunk or just didn't realize due to the chatting
but apart from that!.!.!.!.i generally think its not ok to talk on the cell phone while driving!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
