you speak American English!. It's just one form of English, like Indian English or Caribbean English - they're all fundamentally the same language as they all came from England originally, but all have taken on their own peculiarities since the language was exported to those countries!. American English for instance, uses some words (such as 'fall' for autumn and 'quit' for give up), that are not used in England anymore but which were used here hundreds of years ago!.
