Well, aside from the obvious - when you get up earlier, you go to be earlier - there's also a few tricks that you can do to make yourself fall asleep easier!.

First of all, exercise during the day!. If you use energy during the day, your body will want to regain that energy by resting at night!.

also, about a half hour or and hour before you plan on going to bed, put your pjs on!. The comfy clothes will help you to relax and unwind!.

Make sure not to watch tv or be on the computer right before bed!. Your body reacts to bright light, and it will keep you awake even if you want to go to sleep!. Try dimming the lights 15-30 mins before you plan on sleeping!.

Reading is a good thing to do during those 15-30 minutes of subdued lighting!. Laying in bed and a book can help you to calm down and fall asleep easier!.

Tomorrow is now less than 24 hours away!. So you can never really do anything tomorrow!. It never comes!. But if you want to get to sleep right now, my techniques include deep breathing, imagining yourself in a very peaceful place just floating along, and relaxing every part of your body one by one ending with your mind!. Your favorite soft music and a bubble bath! Possibly some nice scented candles away from anyplace that could catch fire and some nice wine or tea and go relax for awhile!.
