Great question!. In Australia our laws are a little different!. For example, stealing and beating people is OK, a legacy of our convict past!. also, hard as it is to imagine, we don't have Walmart stores which I am guessing are some kind of adult entertainment retail chain!. My own experience with pantless-shopping is that I usually get arrested once I have actually reached the front entrance - so factoring in the 15 minute average creeping time from the car and the disinterested response from our local police, it's difficult to say where the infringement is occurring!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
