Question: How Embarrassed should this poor kid feel!? And should it be tolerated!?
Today in school, a parent was called to the school after his child, wasn't respecting his teacher!. They went into the office, and after a few second of conversation, her stormed out of the office, and lashed him with his on belt!. He pushed he around, and hit him across the face with the belt!. In my opinion, although he was wrong, physical abuse isn't the answer!. He hit him with that belt with every fiber of his being! And, nobody tried to stop it, or help him evacuate, the Adults just watched!. They didn't do a thing for this poor child!. The Vice- Principal Just stood there watching as if it were a street Performance!.

That's assault and child abuse, the police should be informed!.
If the father does that in public then what does he do in private!? I think that kid might be in a serious situation there and needs help!.
The police and the Education Department should also be investigating the teachers who did not step in to help the child!.

I am a believer in spanking children who misbehave!. I took my share of spankings and I learned to obey my parents and respect them!. I see too many kids whose parents say "Now stop that!. You'd better stop that!. Stop that!. Now you'd better stop!." to the point where the kid ignores them!. With my parents and, later, with my own children, it was "one and done"!. One warning and then punishment!.
I don't codone using a belt or hitting a kid in the face!. But spanking is good discipline!.
