You gotta get a yahoo 360 account in order to use a custom picture!.
After your pic is set on yahoo 360 as the one you want, then you can come back to yahoo answers, edit your setting, and you will have the option to use your yahoo 360 pic (your custom pic), a cartoon avatar, or the plain blank grey head!.
I've seen people use copyrighted images here!. I've seen a wonder woman avatar, a few south park and family guy ones, I'm sure yours will be fine to use ?Www@Enter-QA@Com
