Question: Who can help me!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I really want to stop smoking, but i am finding it really hard to do, i have tryed everything from the patch to the gum, pills, and everything inbeween!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Try a Cinnamon stick!. They are about the same size as a cigarette, so when you have an urge to smoke just chew on the Cinnamon stick!. It helped my dad quit!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Try going on a health kick at the same time as you give up smoking!. It's very hard to just give up something, because you don't feel like you are actively doing anything!. If you go on an all-round health kick at the same time, you feel as though you are actively DOING something!. You are working towards something (overall health) as well as working away from something (smoking)!.
That's how I gave up smoking years ago, and it worked for me!.

I have some friends that quit by reading the book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen something!. I read it and came close!. In the book he tells you to read it as many times as you need to!. You could try that!. I'm going to read again!. I know it's hard but I know that we must be able to do it!. I'm going to keep trying!. Good luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I quit smoking in 1994!. The way I did it was I picked a day (March 14th) and did this like three months earlier!. I selected a bike (HARLEY) that I wanted and ALL the money I save by NOT buying cigarette's went into a bank account!. With the money I saved I was able to buy the bike and it was paid off in under three years!. The bike cost me $16,000!.00 back then!. Every time I got the urge for a smoke I took out a picture of my future bike!. And I asked myself!. Bike or smoke, which do you want more!. I have not touched a smoke since them!. Hey, it worked for me!.

I have been having trouble quitting also!. One thing that I have been doing is just taking it slow, and cutting out one cigarette from a certain activity each day!. For example, if you usually have your first cigarette while you are drinking you morning coffee, try to hold off until you leave for work and then smoke in the car!. Each day, try to hold off a little longer!. It has been helping me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

take your cigarettes and roll them in vinegar!.!.!.and then put them back in the box!.!.!.then whenever you want a smoke then take one out!.!.if you can handle the bad taste of vinegar then smoke it!.!.if not then throw it out!.!.!.yeah not a very good solution but it mite work!.!. Nothing will work if you don't actually want to quit for yourself!. I finally quit after 10 years because I finally thought "eh I really don't want to smoke anymore"

What about hypnosis or just good old fashioned will power!? My brother n law use to smoke like a chimney and fill up a huge ash tray with butts in no time and he quit cold turkey!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
