That would depend on the medication!. I take insulin and the least painful site is my tummy!. I also have to get migraine shots at times, they have to go in the back side because of the amount of medication - putting it in my upper arm causes severe bruising!. Flu shots and such go in my arm!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
