My son won't eat mash potatoes so rarely do them, know is weird as Irish grew up eating mash or boiled nearly every day I did!. They are nice when add some finely chopped spring onions or fried red onion, even garlic, makes them tastier!. Or crispy bacon even would be nice!.!.!.!.!.if one had the bacon that is!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I like cooking chopped potatoe in oven with lots of veg, lots of spices, and olive oil, are delicious or bombay potatoes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
get a nice size head of garlic cloves should be big and roast it in the oven and add them to the mash,

I have a sister that I consider to be a nut case and she use to add raw eggs to her mashed potatoes!. Interesting was definitely one word for them!. LOL
