I have a phobia of caskets!. Our school recently performed a car-crash simulation, showing what happens during an accident when you drink and drive, where ambulances and firetrucks came and cut apart the cars and stuff!.
Afterwords, we were all seated in the auditorium while some guy spoke about how he had lost his son in an accident, which was sad, but I couldn't sit still because they had brought out a casket on stage!. I know that there wasn't a person in it or anything, but I couldn't help but get freaked out!.
I don't really know why I'm so scared of them either!. I just can't go to funerals or anything, because when they start to close the casket, I start screaming!. It's like I don't want it to be official that the person is going to be locked up forever!.
