I live in the Midwest, too, right along the Mississippi River!. We have black, red, brown and gray squirrels in our city and county!. In the county north of us, they mostly just have the red or brown squirrels!. I love squirrels but it's funny - I have a sister-in-law that is scared silly of them!. To me, it seems kind of weird to have a fear of such an animal!. I can understand having a fear of snakes, rats, spiders, sharks, alligators, etc!., but squirrels!?!!? That beats my friend's fear of chickens! ha ha!Www@Enter-QA@Com
We do here in central Wisconsin!.!.!.!.alot of them actually!. The gray squirrels hate them though, chase them and fight with them all the time!. I believe gray squirrels are racist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I saw black squirrels in Pitts when I was in college!. We dont have them in my town so it was the first time I saw a black squirrel!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
