People may be shy when it comes to answering or don't know the answer to the question at all!. Or people may be new on Answers and don't quite have the feel for it yet!. It took me about 4 weeks until I worked up the nerve to answer a question!.

Its not that they never answer but they usually people who just join for sake of only one question and when they get their answer they never turn back!.
