Answers:
1) You have to be a registered member of Toontown
2) You have to get the submittal form online and mail it in!. Must be received by Sep 10, 2008!.
3) If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian has to sign the form!.
4) Has to be all your own work, not copied from books or magazines, etc!.
5) Judging is 50% humor, 25% originality, 25% Toontown inspiration
6) Only one entry PER PERSON, only one winner PER HOUSEHOLD!. So you and your sisters can enter one time each, but only one of you could win!.
Better hurry and get your entry in the mail!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Usually there can only be one entry per household and since I'm not a toontown member I can't check on that specific contest!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
