Just pretend with all your might that you are just reading (if it's not memorized) to yourself in the bedroom mirror!. And!.!.!.if you get really nervous before you go on, touch the top of your mouth with the tip of your tongue!. (Learned this trick in my musicals) It makes you nervous free! Good luck! Yeah it was a contest where people from all over the city had to write speeches and give them to a big crowd and i was picked to go first!. Halfway i forgot my speech (we had to memorize it) and i froze!. So embarrassing!. Im social but am still kinda shy!. I have to get comfortable around people!.
Just keep practicing your speech in front of people!. Do it in front of friends and neighbors so you will get more confortable talking in front on a lot of people!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
