Hopefully it's not a family member who is telling you you're bad!. If so, try to find a positive role model with positive feedback for support!. Everyone needs positive feedback and support to grow!. If you don't always get it at home, you can supplement it with good friends, teachers or anyone else you look up to!. You will always need positive role models to balance the negative feedback!.
