Answers:
1994 - I'm sure we had cable TV which showed Sky although there wasn't many channels!. Having two sons, I needed No mobile (I got my first one in 1996)!.

However, I can go back to 1960's where, unlike a previous respondent, UK only had two TV channels in black and white!. No remotes for the TVs - you had to get up and turn a dial to pick up either BBC or ITV!. TV started at 4 pm with children's TV although there was something on at 11 am (playschool!?) We listened to the radio at school - Light service, Home service or the Third programme!

I was at school in the 1960s but I remember playing skipping (normally getting into trouble for nicking mum's old washing line!), hulahoops, two ball up the wall, or kiss chase!! We played ludo, snakes and ladders and bingo!. I had a tinytears doll and a Sindy, Paul and Patch doll!. Remember Tressy - her hair grew! although I cut my Tressy's hair and wondered why it didn't grow again!

Ahh the good old days!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Honey, I go back to 1949 and we were just getting TV's!. We had no digital phones, so we had to dial, and each phone number started with 2 letters and then 5 numbers!. Like CE5-9682 the CE stood for CEdar!. We didn't have Karaokes or cassette tapes, or Dvd's or videos, we had 3 channels on TV, Black and White, phonographs with vinyl records!. Girls wore their dresses and skirts past their knees, and NO pants were allowed in schools for the girls!.
We went outside and played with out friends, and made up games to have fun!. We played jump rope, rode bikes, and spun hula hoops, plus we played with yo-yo's!. We read books!.
In 1994, I was seeing my grandchildren being born, I was working full time, and was rather a busy person!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, I was five years old going on six sooooo I'm going to guess I listened to story time tapes and sing along tapes, watched TV shows like Look 'n' Read and Numbertime and ate a LOT!.

Obviously, I was too young to use the computer, to young to need to call anybody (although I do remember having the chunkiest corded house phone ever at ours) and my days consisted of going to nursery/infant school and back home again!.

My grandad used to drive us EVERYWHERE but he's got older, now!. In the summer, my grandma (who couldn't walk as it was) used to walk my sister, my best friend at the time and myself to and from school so I miss those days!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Played outside in the grass, rolled and jumped in leaves, took swimming lessons, did sports, played dress up, talked a lot, played with dolls, holahoopped, jump roped, went out to lunch with my dad, asked a lot of questions, watched educational TV shows, played tag and hide and go seek, played house, and created a circus with my neighborhood among other things!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I used to watch tv,read, write to my friend who was living in Belgium at the time so we had to wait for snail mail replies!.I spoke to people on my land line telephone & didn't panic when I went out thinking-"omg how will people get hold of me while I'm out"
Life was so much simpler!.I also didn't have a mobile phone bill, cost of the internet and I think I had more money because I wasn't into ebay!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was only 10, but i actually listened to the radio alot, only got to see music videos on tv on the Saturday night shows!. Played outside in the sun, "toys" were dolls and bears, not playstations and and laptops!. I had a penpal rather than various online messengers :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com

Although for 11 months of that year I was only 4 1/2 I remember I used to go outside and play with my siblings, Watch t!.v!. occasionally since it wasn't full of reality show garbage!. I would listen to cassette's of Charlotte Diamond, Fred Penner, and Raffi!. I would also play board games too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

lmao geeez don't go back to far will you, there were still PC'S, Mobiles, Cable TV and everything in 1994! Remember when Cobain shot himself and all those rumours were spreading on the net!?

But yes none of those things were used in everyday life as much as they are today!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, oddly enough there were loads of PC's!. Albeit rubbish ones!. There were mobile phones, though they were bricks and cost a bomb!. There was Sky TV, but it was analogue and still rubbish!.

If I cast my mind back further than that, I read books, watched TV, went out on my bike and wondered if I'd ever have a decent PC!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I used to talk to my friends on the actual phone (not a mobile) and then I would have to stop when my dad yelled at me to "get the h*ll off that bloody phone, you're not the only person who needs to use it you know"!!!!" Www@Enter-QA@Com

in 94 I was about 9 or 10, and I was playing mariocart on a super nintendo!.!.!.A SUPER nintendo!.!.!.where did they go!? I'd send letters in the post to my friends, just for fun!. And an icy-pole from the tuck-shop was only 70 cents!. And all I wanted back then was a walk-man!. A walk-man! They weigh like a brick!. We still had it better though!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

well, 1994 isn't exactly pre-historic!. There were still plenty of computers, though not as prevalent as today!. And I remember playing Atari 2600 in the very early 80's!. And MTV has been around for well over 20 years now!. Wasn't that different!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was always at work and when I wasn't there I was at home taking care of my kids and doing house work!. In my "spare" time we camped, went waterskiing, hiking or any outdoor activity, I think people were generally healthier then because they got out and did more back then before we became couch potatoes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was only like 5!.!. but im pretty sure i would have done the same things i did when i was younger!.!. ballet, jazz, hip hop, ice skating, karate, bowling, volleyball, tv, and i LOVE to read and listen to music!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
