What should I do to win a guy's heart over.?!

I need help getting a guy's attention that I have been kind of dating for a week now!. Well the guy works with me and we have spent some time together over the past week!. We have only been to breakfast once and he spent 2 nights at my home (no sexual contact involved)!. He works alot so we really have not spent too much time together!. I even cooked the guy breakfast and did his laundry for him!. He also told me he is looking for something serious!. Should I ask him how he feels about me, or should I wait it out!.
