Has one of your greatest nightmares ever become a reality? If yes how so?!

Yes it did !. I was always scared of cancer as my grandad died from it!. 10 years ago when I was 25 , I was diagnosed with cancer myself!. Thankfully I have managed to beat it !. That was my nightmare !.
