Most kids are kissing in our days when they reach year 7 (7th grade) so whats that age 11!?
Sex is a different thing!. Although most teenagers think its cool to beat the law aspect being 16 or 18 in other countries then I think its best to wait until your certain you've met the right person, otherwise your gonna end up having slept with dozens by the time you get married!.
I'd say teenagers are probably losing their virginity around 14 now but I'd advise all to wait more until the age of 18 rather than 16!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I guess you probably expected an answer like this, but when the individual feels the time is right is the only time they should do either!. Never listen to perception on these matters!. Listen to yourself! That's if your wondering wether or not you should have done either of these things by your age!.
