I just tell them clearly, loudly and point blankly to GET THE HELL OUT! *while* holding the door wide open for them to step through!.

You come right out and tell them that you are not up for company!. If they have already been visiting for awhile you just tell them that it was a nice visit but it is time for them to leave!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
