Have a good old f&blinding session to myself, must sound like a mad woman but it works, do it when my son not around, bit of swearing good for the soul at times!. The treadmill will be back in use next week also when my son back at school and I swear it is a great way of releasing tension and sheer stress, especially pmt!.
