I don't want to tell a girl that she has nice hair or nice shoes because it won't lead to anything!. So what are some great Conversation starters!?

You need to come up with something completely ridiculous and say your and your friends were talking about it and you wanted her opinion (because of her age, looks, gender, anything)!. Once you start talking about what and why, you can change the conversation to anything you want and go from there!.
