Lower class - < $10,000
Working class - < $32,000
Lower middle class - < $62,500
Upper middle class - < 125,000
Upper class - > $125,000
ME!? I fall in the high end of the working class (I’m single w/one income and no children) which is OK with me but I would think that ‘working class’ would mean that I could cover my minimal living expenses!. I am “robbing Paul to pay Peter” quite frequently!.
Do you think these financial guidelines are accurate!? To me they seem a bit low!.

I'm middle middle class ~ but it's taken a lot of years with both my husband and myself working full time to get there!.
These numbers and categories are nuts! Why is Working class so much lower than Middle class!. I would think that if you're working, even if you're not making much $$$, that you would be sneaking up on Middle class!. Like what is Middle class if not a bunch of working wage earners!?!?!?
If I were single I'd be closer to Working class than Lower middle class ~ and I've been working at what I consider to be a fairly decent job for almost 20 years!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
