I'm sorry! That really sucks!. I would save up enough to buy some speakers, or ask someone you know if they have any old speakers that you can borrow until you can afford to buy nice speakers!.
Next time, just be careful not to play your music too loudly!. The way you know that it's too loud is if you press your hand against the speaker, and feel if it's vibrating to every sound that it makes!.
