There is a difference between forgiveness and forgetting!.
Forgiving someone can actually benefit you by causing you to be less stressed, but just because you forgive them does not mean you have to forget about it!.

Of course then I have to worry for my family's safety, if that insulter's family wants revenge!. They may take out a few of my family members, but I will take revenge too!. I will buy more guns and finish off more of their family members!.
