black kids and recently I moved to a mixed neighborhood!.and I'm not being racist or anything but my new neighbor is white and his face is always bright red but the rest of his body is normal color!. why is this do he have a skin disorder i was just wonder Www@Enter-QA@Com

u shld have seen alot of that!. white pple turn to all sorts in diff weather, situations and emotions!.
they are pink at birth, white normally, red in stress excitement and cold weather, grey at death,green in sickness and yellow when jaundiced!.

Could be a number of things!. Could be a disease, he just exerted himself, he likes you and is embarrassed, he drinks alot, he could be overweight and hypertensive, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Or maybe he is a racist can't stand black people because I know a lot of racist people I live here in Texas so I should know!. But then again you can't judge people don't know!.
