i have no idea!. but my neighbor is so weird!. once i saw him do into the dumpster (which is like hidden in a little house looking thing, and its good place to look at the neighborhood) well he takes out his phone and take vids of the nieighborhood, hes totally weird!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
