Yes, i lived with my parents for a short time last year after selling my house and there was dogs everywhere barking all the time, i think if i had stayed there any longer i would have bought a shotgun and went on a doggy killing spree!.
Call RSPCA as these dogs are obviously not being looked after if they feel the need to bark like that all the time, pester the life out of the local council about it also as you should not have to put up with this!. also go to your Citizens advice bureau and ask then what else you can do!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I can't imagine that but I wouldn't be able to stand that!.
I can't believe that the authorities won't do anything!. I have often seen stories where the dog owners have to have their dogs removed from the house because of that!. Even happened to a famous family where they had to have their dogs live separate from them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Poor you!. Noisy pets are a pest!. Somebody has a dog in a flat near me and it never shuts up!. Why they were allowed a dog in a flat I'll never know!.
I'd be writing to my MP as well as complaining to the police, if I were you!.

I endured that for a while and that drove me mad! So i feel sorry for you having had to endure it for 4 years!. Contact your local Citizens Advice Bureaux and take evidence like a note from your GP and a recording of the barking, even on your mobile phone if you can!. They'll hopefully have the right contacts and will help you sort this problem out, good luck!Www@Enter-QA@Com
We have the same problem with a deaf family - they can't hear the dog barking but it drives me nuts!. You can get in touch with the RSPCA and explain the situation - they may remove the dogs if they're not being looked after!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
If this is the UK they can be served with a noise abatement order!. Keep contacting your Environmental Officer, and get a letter from your Doctor to back you up!. Most councils do do something about it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
