I'd disagree about Neville!.!.!. He's quite a good character, as far as characters go (he might be a lame person, but he's not a lame character)!. Anyway, he was awesome in the 7th book!.
The lamest character in my opinion would be Ginny Weasley!. The only purpose she serves in the whole series is being Harry's love interest! She doesn't grow as a character at all!.!.!. Definitely the lamest character!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Tonks didn't add anything at all to the story and was pretty much useless in my opinion!.
also, as a whole, I thought that Draco Malfoy was pretty damn lame!. Everyone was supposed to be afraid of this guy, but the least little thing would make him run away or cry and whine!. Why be afraid of this guy!?!?
