Question: Have you ever seen someone who won't buy ANYthing unless it's on sale!?
and I'm talking STAPLE items; milk, bread, etc!. Does this seem REALLY superficial to anyone else!? Keep in mind I work in an area where they don't have to worry about money!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yes and I think its crazy! I knew an old man who had so much money and he still would buy only sale items and not very many!. He conserved on everything like not using his ac in the summer and low heat in the winter!. It was rather sad!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
