Oh, yeah!. The sopa de albondigas and the kibis at my host mother's house when I was an exchange student in Mexico!.
The kibis were flat-out gross, like, burnt wheat gluten or something!. I don't even know!.
The albondigas (meatballs) were too big and undercooked, so the inside was a big blob of raw hamburger, egg, and bread crumbs (so nasty!.!.!.and she always made them that way! They were always undercooked!)
But I didn't want to complain, and none of her kids had died from eating her food (that I know of) so I just ate them!.

Many years ago, my ex made dinner for me!.!.had the candles and the whole romantic schmear going on, he hunts and the entre was deer meat!.!.yeah, right!.!.as if I'm going to eat THAT!.!.!. for God sakes!. Anyway, I took a bite and smiled and said "Oh this is delicious" and actually swallowed! I should've won the Oscar for that performance!.
