I started taking those menopause vitamins from GNC ( me ~ 29 , totally frigid!. me thinks its hormones !.!.!.)
ANYHOO !!! Those frikin things are awesome ! I feel wonderful ! look better , heck , I feel like a teen again !

Since having kids, hormones are outta wack big time!. However for me I do running to blow it off but when your body is lacking those nutrients you gotta feed it!.
I've taken them as well bc I'm anemic and have wacky monthlies and it works like a dream!. Can't take them for long tho bc they seem ineffective or you need to up your dose so I stop them for a bit!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You might also try soy beans in the pod!. They come in a bag in the freezer case and you microwave a handful of pod for about 30seconds!. They make a nice healthy treat and believe it or not they actually help with the hormonal see-sawing!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
