I suspect that Yahoo would round down the best answer!.
If they don't it means you are on the sweet spot of 9!.5% best, 90!.5% other!. Get a calculator and work out those percentages - you know how many answers and how many best you have, don't you!? Well don't you!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

there is a limit for the # of the question u can take it in the whole day so, when u use all of them that would be 100 % divided between the best & just answers but when some days u don't use all of ur answers that would be the shortage !!Www@Enter-QA@Com
They'll have rounded up/down the percentages, that's why it doesn't equal 100%!.
