It depends!. You can be 30 and they'll still card you!. Some places have strict policy about alcohol & tobacco!. My mom is 40 and they card her not because she looks young because they have to!. I dont smoke so I don't buy cigarettes!. But they will card you no matter how old you are or how you look!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
the legal age for alcohol is 18, i could get served most places without id when i was like 13/14!.
the legal age for cigrettes used to be 16 so that was always easy, i could get them when i was like 14!.
now the smoking age has gone up to 18, i get id'd more for cigarettes and alcohol than i did when i was underage i swear!. i hardly get asked anymore but it's so much easier now i'm 18Www@Enter-QA@Com

At age 11, I use to walk in and buy them out of any store!. Back then they would do that because the parents use to send their kids for their cigs!. Not sure what the legal age was, probably 21!. That was 30 years ago!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
