nope!. if someone mumbles, you cant hear them!.!.!.therefore, cant understand them!. writing in lower case is just writing in lower case!.!.!.you can read it and understand it!. just because writing in caps is considered yelling doesnt mean writing in lower case is its direct opposite!.!.!.!.esp since all it takes to change the sentence "I dont think so!.!.!." to mumbling would be changing the capital "I" to a lower case "i"!.
i have always thought ppl who write in caps as being self important!.!.!.as if whatever crap they were saying deserved special importance!. i type in lower case cuz im lazy and its easier!. i can type as fast as i can think!. it makes my responses more natural and less contrived!.!.!.!.unless, of course i proof read!lolWww@Enter-QA@Com

I have absolutely no idea! Capital letters are supposed to represent shouting, hence "OH MY GOD! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" but I think that continually typing in lower-case letters is indicative of sheer indolence!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
