depends what your depressed about, i you were depressed coz you were fat, the last thing you would want to do is go shopping!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Well it depends, doesn't it!. If you are the type of person who will get obsessed with shopping, then that would increase your depression!. That's because you'll always be hitting the shops to find the latest whatever, but if you're just looking to go shopping to put your mind off things- that would help a person feel better!. But shopping can sometimes increase depression because you will yearn for things you can't afford sometimes, and you will run over your budget and this will cause stress!.
Another thing is shopping fuels your materialistic side of your personality and this could be a bad thing since we're living in a totally affluent materalistic society which does no good to your inner wellbeing!.
A tip to get rid of depression- meditation directed at God, kundalini yoga, eep breathing, try and stay away from things that will cause you too think too much!.

walking has been proven to subside depressive symptoms!.!.!.
so if you shop like my sister and I, you are walking alot!.!.!.
it's a great cognitive exersize!.!.!.!. "this one or that one!.!.!.!.if I buy this!.!.!.!.I get that 1/2 off"!.!.!.!.!. so it centers your attention on other things!.
My sister and I are social shoppers!.!.!.!. we hunt down bargains together!.!.!.!.so we end up talking, laughing, venting together!.!.!.!.(social network--- a mitigating factor for depressives)

yaa!.it can help!.all depression is is a frame of mind!.something simple that makes you happy can cure it depending on how big the depression is!.wow something so simple such as a frame of mind sure can cause alot of bad sh*t to happen huh lollWww@Enter-QA@Com
