Okay, follow along with each step, this is amazing!.
1) Place your left hand over your left eye, palm side first!.
2) Stick out your tongue and try and touch your nose!.
3) Now, make a "thumbs up" gesture with your right hand and place your thumb under your chin!.
4) Push your chin up with your right hand, while still trying to touch your nose with your tongue!.
5) Look into a mirror!.
6) If you look closely, you should see a total idiot looking back at you!!!

I would make a slight alteration to your steps!.
In #3, "place your thumb up your butt"!.
In #4, just change 'chin' to 'butt'!.
