it depends, cooking with canned is way more convenient! however if i was able to grow my own, i would surely love that, i really enjoy a fresh tomato with a bit of salt eaten like an apple!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I used canned tomatoes when making sauces and chili, fresh for everything else!.
Nothing like linguini with garlic and olive oil some fresh grated parmesan and tomatoes from my garden!. :o)

i prefer fresh tomatoes to canned ones, but if i do not have an option, then i would purchase canned ones in order to make do for the time being!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
