take some very strong painkillers, read a book or watch tv!. If i can't sleep the worst thing i can do is lie there getting frustrated because i can't sleep!. If i read or watch tv it takes my mind of it and i relax!. then i find it easier to get back to sleep!. Reading in bed makes me sleepy anywayWww@Enter-QA@Com
