At least twice a week but normally three times !. What sickens me is kids pissing about ,( I'm in the gym to counter twenty odd years of drinking drugs and smoking ) or house wives that think gossaping about soap operas in the gym will burn of more fat than talking crap at home !. Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to go to the gym occasionally, but since I got pregnant I haven't really gone!. I am due in 2 weeks, so I will probably continue going to the gym sometimes once I get the OK!. My husband goes to the gym on a regular basis!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
A gym!?!.!.You have got to be kidding! Why should I go to a gym when I have all the housework and a perfectly good family to run about after all day!. Best workout you can get, I can assure you! :)

Every other day!. The main reason is because my gym was built in 2007 and everything is soo state of the art and lots of higher class people!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i went for about i year then i flew off the back of a treadmill and haven't been since (i think i'm a curse =/)Www@Enter-QA@Com
