Because America has over-extended itself so much that a lot of call center-type jobs are now outsourced to cheaper places like India!.

Ok, ok, I'm just being sarcastic!. But, I do respect the fact that hispanics/latinos have enriched this country hugely!. And, I enjoy learning the language!. It is a beautiful language and has far fewer words than English!.

Well, I believe its only right that we offer multiple translations of recorded calls!. If we didn't we could be considered racist!. Its a part of social equality!. I think it is fine to "press one" for english!. People are just to lazy to do it!. Its stupid that people get mad over silly things like that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
