LOL, yes!.!.!.when I was little (around 5-8!.!.I'm about 13 now)
As told by ginger still comes on Nick really early in te morning, ya know!.
And if you have direct TV there's a channel called 'Nicktoons' (different than nick) that plays normal nick shows and some of the old ones like 'Hey Arnold' and 'As Told By Ginger' and even 'Invader Zim'!.
I also noticed on holidays (thanksgiving, Christmas, ect) they (Nick) play 'Hey Arnold', 'As Told By Ginger' and 'Invader Zim' as well as some of the other old ones too!. :)
