They wipe it with rubbing alcohol, put a clamp type thing with a hole in it, shove the needle through, then put the jewelry through the needle (it's hollow), pull out the needle, take off the clamp, and close the jewelry!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The Clean The Outside Of Your Lip With Alcohol Or Something Then They Mark The Spot You Want Pierced With A Little Marker, They Clean The Jewelry Before Using It And Then Tell You To Be Really Still Www@Enter-QA@Com
