NO!. I have kids and cannot risk them playing and knocking over the lamp(s) and breaking a bulb laden with mercury vapor!.

No, I have three on my desk here at work and one in a cabinet at home!. I'm lazy!.
But their is a problem with them!.!.!.you're not supposed to throw them away when they go out!. You have to properly dispose of them and no one has said howto do that yet!. Something about a dangerous level of mercury or other metal in them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have them in the lights that I use the most!. They seem to last longer than the regular ones!. In fact, I believe they've been in place about a year now, and only one has blown!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
