i think it is!.!.!.!. when ever i wanted to categorize question!.!.!. it categorizes it into something completely different,,, and it always tells me "were taking a breather"!.!.!.!.!.!.!. and the new format is horrible

That happened to me last night!.
I would try to answer a question, then it would say "We're taking a breather!.!.!."
And when I ask a question, and hit submit, it says "Internet Explorer has blocked this webpage" I mean, it's so annoying!Www@Enter-QA@Com
