I have this problem to but think about it if thats the only place their is you might as well do it in there and also it may smell bad but its not like your going to eat the toilet water!. what I do is I plug my nose and close my eyes!. And people brush their teeth in the sink what if after you throw up your tooth brush accidentaly drop your tooth brush in the sink ewwww>> And the toilet gets rid of it right away1Www@Enter-QA@Com
Hmmm for whatever reason, i can never make it to the toilet!. I threw up macaroni & cheese into the bathtub once cus i was inches away from the toilet (cleaning that was a nightmare since there was a stopper in the tub)!.!.!.and once when i was a kid i threw up on my mom's white egyptian cotton couch!.!.!.!.!.ooh man that sucked!.!.!.lol and yesterday i was moving furniture up 3 flights of stairs in 100 degree temp, just ate too, couldnt make it to the grass so it got on the sidewalk >:I

My experience has been that if I am at the point of upchucking, the last thing I think of is how sanitary the place is!. I could care less how it smells, looks, or feels!. All I want to do is feel better and if an involuntary protein ejection is appropriate, then by George, anyplace close will do!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Ya know, puke is pretty gross to begin with, and if you puke in the sink and theres like chunks (gross) then its pretty hard to clean that up!.!. ew and hey u brush your teeth in that sink!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I hate throwing up, so my natural reaction is to avoid it!.!.!.!.but when you need to do it!.!.the smell of the toilet and that exact thought you stated usually helps me get it going!
