The second one--I've seen it happen too many times!. Intelligence is of little use if you're lazy and untrustworthy and looks will only get you so far!. Someone of average intelligence who is willing to work just a little bit harder and be reliable and trustworthy will be far more successful!. It's like the story of the tortoise and the hare, only with the emphasis on things other than speed!. Great intelligence may overcome a lack of character, but only for so long!. Character and diligence WILL overcome intelligence if that's the only asset the intelligent person can claim!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

the second one!. you can't rely on brains and beauty to get you everywhere in life!. having good character is very important!. on a job interview, you can't be a boring beauty, because (most of the time) they're not looking to hire based on physical appearance!. somebody who is disciplined and a leader is great, but to also have a good character just adds to the package!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

A lot of good looking people are as shallow as rain puddles and the brainy ones have the charismatic appeal of a housefly!. Together, I'd rather associate with a floor tile!. Some not so smart people have great discipline, and plod along in a determined fashion and get the job done!. I'd prefer the hardworking average person to a good looking brainy one to get a job done with no hassles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think it depends on the company that that person works for!.!.!.I've always heard that interviewers are more likely to hire attractive well put together people before someone more qualified and not so attractive!.!.!.Brains and beauty are a pretty powerful combination and not always easy to come by!.!.!.!.Character is something someone finds out about in the long run!.!.!.these types of people would probably be entrepeuners before corporate peons!.!.!.!.just my opinion!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Not sure out of these two!. I have a friend that is OK looking, has tons of intelligence but NO COMMON sense and doesn't know how to speak to people i!.e!. no inter personal skills!. She has degrees coming out of her butt but works in Woolworths!.
I am (or am constantly told) extremely pretty but not that academically intelligent but have tons of common sense and get on with everyone (I adapt well to all different types of people)!. I feel fairly sucessful with my life so far!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

2nd one!. character and discipline is the most important!. a leader is usually shaped by others input but in the end has the final say!. a sucessful leader will have to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively to those that surround him in order for things to get done!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
