a long long time ago!. I don't go out of my way anymore!. I do little things everyday but I wouldn't consider it bending over backwards!. I help older people with their heavy purchases, hold open doors, give my seat up for the elderly or prego/with small infant women!. smile and say good afternoon to people I pass, just little non mentionable things that used to be consider courteous behavior!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
To a certain extent you have to blow your boss in the workplace on a regular basis!. To a certain extent you have to keep your dignity, but your bosses needs are your needs, and how you feel only means so much!. And your boss does take your ideas and use those to promote himself!.
