Hmmmm!.!.!.my mind will change on favorite cakes all of the time!!
Right now though, I am feeling a little on the indulgent side!.!.!.so I would be a Bailey's Irish Cream mudcake!.!.!.probably the most decadent cake I know!.!.!.its loaded with lots of rich dark chocolate and an a very big splash of baileys!
On top would have ganash poured all over it, then big chocolate curls and maybe some strawberries!.!.!.!.when sliced, of course some fresh strawberry puree!!
What would it say on top of it!?!?!?

I would be a chocolate cake with cream cheese filling and strawberry buttercream frosting (if they even make that) and I would look like this!.!.!.!.http://weddings!.theknot!.com/ODB/themes/r!.!.!. only instead of Lime Green and White it would be Purple and Light Blue!.
