Turn off everything that you think is distracted and then just go to your bed and if you want listen to the music you want and then you can try to go to sleep!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I read a book, turn the music on softly and sometimes watch television!. If you're old enough, drinking a glass of wine helps too!. You can also take sleeping pills, but they can be addicting!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
